Outlook: Reply With Attachments

In Microsoft Outlook when you “Reply” or “Replay all” to an email with attachments, by default, these attachments are not included automatically in the reply like they are during email forwarding.

To include the attachments in the reply you can click on “Forward” and then type in all recipients back, but this is not the most efficient way.

Set Up ‘Out Of Office’ Auto-Reply Message in Outlook

A Microsoft Outlook’s “out of office” message is an auto-reply email that notifies people you’re not at work for an extended period of time.

It is useful for letting colleagues know when to expect a response and/or whom to contact in your absence, and is often considered proper work etiquette for vacations, sick leave, and other lengthy absences.

Outlook: Strikethrough – How to Cross Out Text

In Microsoft Outlook the “Strikethrough” feature allows to draw a horizontal line through the selected text to indicate deleting or changing.

For the new users it may be complex to understand how to cross out a text in an email as the “Strikethrough” button is absent in the “Basic Text” section of the ribbon in the default “Message” tab.
