It is also possible to access Bing Chat online without installing any third-party apps by opening https://www.bing.com/new in any web-browser:
Note, that if you’re not logged in to a Microsoft account, you’ll be limited to only 5 questions per conversation and 50 in total per day.
However, if you log into your Microsoft account, you can ask up to 30 questions per conversation and 300 questions per day.
